Spirit Dance to Manage the Teton Springs Lodge

JACKSON, WY, July 31, 2007. Spirit Dance Hospitality principals Derek Goodson and Stephen Price announced the company will manage the new Teton Springs Lodge, a 115,000 square-foot condominium hotel opening in December in the heart of Teton Springs Resort in Victor, Idaho.

Located in the center of the Teton Springs, the 80-unit condominium hotel will become the most luxurious hotel on the western slopes of the Teton Mountains. The first phase includes 37 one- and two-bedroom condominiums, a full-service 5,000 square foot spa facility, a wine and coffee bar and 2,000 square-feet of meeting space. The second phase will include 43 additional condominiums and enhanced service amenities. The new hotel will add a significant lodging component to the community with a total of 108 rentable units and will be designed consistent with the luxury western d'ecor of Teton Springs Resort.

Serving as the cultural center for the resort, The Village at Teton Springs Resort features shopping, dining, commercial services, overnight accommodations, conference and banquet facilities. The Spa and Fitness Center are located in the village along with the Swim/Tennis Complex, which includes a 25-meter pool and two tennis courts. A primary feature of the development is the Byron Nelson, Steve Jones and Gary Stephenson designed and envisioned championship 18-hole course, 9-hole par 3 course, and complete practice facility. The Headwaters Club at Teton Springs brings together a world-class golf and hospitality experience, the Headwaters Grille and state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities opening in 2008.

Teton Springs provides access to many of the West's most enjoyable attractions, and is located 20 miles to the west of Jackson Hole with year-round access. Yellowstone National Park is 76 miles north and the Grand Teton National Park Visitor Center is only 39 miles away. Grand Targhee Ski Resort is located 22 miles from Teton Springs while the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is only 24 miles to the east.

The Teton Springs Lodge is being developed by RRD Development, LLC, an affiliate of DesLauriers Companies. Through affiliated companies they recently developed the Teton Mountain Lodge, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, The Burlington Harbor Hotel in Burlington, Vermont, and the Portland Harbor Hotel in Portland, Maine.
