Greenbrier Appoints Executive DOS

AUGUST 20, 2007. Mack has over ten years of sales management experience, her most recent posting being the Director of Sales for the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, California. While there she exceeded all of her personal and team goals for 2006, and became the only Director of Sales at Ritz-Carlton to achieve the Chairman's Circle Award. She also consistently surpassed all revenue targets and took part in developing key accounts for the hotel. Throughout her career in the hotel industry, she has been awarded several other honors including Sales Manager of the Year, Outstanding Sales Production Award for seven consecutive years, and Supervisor of the Quarter and Sales Team of the Year. Mack started her hospitality career in 1995 with Hyatt Regency Hotels and Resorts, making her way from Group Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager, to Associate Director of Sales, to finally Director of Sales and Marketing. During her tenure at Hyatt, she has worked at eight different Hyatt properties in San Antonio, Texas, and Sacramento, West Hollywood, Santa Rosa and Half Moon Bay, California.

Originally from Northern California, Mack received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and PR from California State University, Sacramento.
