Interval Promotes Caribbean Region Manager

AUGUST 22, 2007. Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq:IACI), announced the promotion of Neil Kolton to region manager for the Caribbean in the resort sales and service department. In his new position, Kolton will provide sales, marketing and operations support to Interval's existing member resorts, as well as build Interval's developer client base in the region. He will remain based in Miami, Florida.

"As account executive for the Northeast and Midwest regions, Neil consistently contributed to the company's growth and successfully developed client relationships within his territory," said David Callaghan, vice president of resort sales and service for Interval International. "It is our pleasure to promote this very deserving employee from within the company to play a key role in the Caribbean, a market that continues to be a top priority for Interval."

Before joining Interval two years ago, Kolton worked in vacation ownership sales in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with honors from the University of Chicago earning a bachelor's degree in international studies.
