Wyndham Begins Construction of Long Beach, WA Resort

AUGUST 22, 2007. Wyndham Vacation Ownership, the world's largest vacation ownership company and a member of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN), today announced it has begun construction of the new 98-unit WorldMark Long Beach resort in Washington. It is anticipated the scenic oceanfront resort will welcome its first guests in the fall of 2008.

Once complete, the property will feature 98 condominium-style units featuring a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom units including four three-bedroom presidential suites. The four-acre resort will include swimming pools, spa, new recreation room, arcade, fitness room and lounge.

WorldMark Long Beach offers owners and their guests' convenient access to Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, Cape Disappointment State Park and miles of sandy beaches. A hotbed of activity, the Long Beach Peninsula offers a unique festival or celebration each month of the year and every summer weekend, including the Washington State International Kite Festival and the 'Ocian in View' Lewis & Clark celebration.
