Aquilini Opens Embassy Suites in Montréal

MEMPHIS, TN, August 27, 2007. Embassy Suites Hotels today announced the opening of its first hotel in Montr'eal, Quebec - Embassy Suites by Hilton(R) Montr'eal. It is the upscale brand's second in Canada and is located in Old Montreal, directly across from the renowned Palais des Congr'es de Montr'eal, Montr'eal's Convention Center.

The hotel is owned by Vancouver-based Aquilini Group Properties LP and will be managed by Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. The 210-suite hotel exhibits the brand's international growth plans and continued integration into the Canadian market. The hotel is located at 208 St-Antoine ouest, Montreal, Quebec.

Located in the epicenter of downtown Montr'eal, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Featuring spacious, two-room suites -- most with a fireplace - comprised of a separate living area with a sofa bed and desk, private bedroom and bath, HDTV flat screen televisions, two dual-line phones, wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, and an iron and ironing board. In addition, the Embassy Suites by Hilton- Montr'eal offers the EmbassyDirectTM Registration Kiosk, with boarding pass printing capabilities, complimentary business center access, a convenient complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and a complimentary two-hour Manager's Reception(a) each evening.

The hotel also features an auto-sensing remote Jack Pack in each suite. This unit allows guests to plug all electronic gear into the television providing a multi-media interface for hotel guests. It allows for a wide range of portable devices such as laptop computers, video game players, MP3 players and iPods, camcorders, DVD/CD players to be connected and played through the hotel television panel.

The hotel will also carry the "by Hilton" moniker in its name and exterior signage. Recently, the brand announced it will add "by Hilton" to existing and future hotels in Latin America and Canada, along with sister brands Hampton(R) and Doubletree(R).
