. October 14, 2008

PARSIPPANY, NJ, August 28, 2007. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts today announced that it has become manager of the 364-room Lakeside Princeton Conference Center & Hotel in Princeton, N.J., which will be renamed The Wyndham(R) Princeton Forrestal Hotel & Conference Center.

The facility, known locally as the Merrill Lynch Conference Center and formerly the Harrison Conference Center and Hotel, recently completed a multimillion-dollar upgrade to its guest rooms, lobby, public spaces, infrastructure and exterior and plans to invest another significant amount to comply with Wyndham standards. Guest rooms will be equipped with amenities designed by the Princeton architecture firm Michael Graves & Associates including signature coffeemakers, alarm clock radios with MP3 players, an energy-saving lighting package and Wyndham Smart Chair, a functional lounge chair with built-in power, Internet outlets and pivoting table arms.

The property also will add the Wyndham Barista, a coffee bar and breakfast service area that can be transformed into a sophisticated cocktail bar with casual dining.

"We are very excited to begin operations at The Wyndham Princeton Forrestal Hotel & Conference Center," said Peter Strebel, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts president. "We are taking a fantastic property in a great location and making it even better by adding Wyndham service standards and a number of physical improvements."

The conference center features 64 state-of-the-art meeting rooms; 62,000 square feet of function space, as certified by the International Association of Conference Centers; and a 400-seat auditorium. The property's meeting planners provide a personalized experience to a range of events including meetings, conferences, training sessions and social occasions.

Upon completion of renovations, the Wyndham Princeton Forrestal Hotel & Conference Center expects to employ up to 250 full-time staff members.

Alyson Toombs, a principal of the ownership entity, said the improvements and Wyndham affiliation will benefit its clients and the local community. "We are enthused about our new relationship with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and firmly believe this change will strengthen the property's ability and commitment to delivering personalized service and promote the success of the business," she said.
