Sofitel Appoints Business Development Manager

AUGUST 29, 2007. Accor has appointed Devi Chima to the role of new Senior Business Development Manager at Sofitel Hotel and Resorts as of 28th August 2007.

Devi took a degree in Hotel Management at Cornell University in Sydney, Australia and has been working in the hotel industry ever since. Her experience includes:

. Oct 2002 - August 2004: Regional House Sales Manager - Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotel, Ian Schrager Hotels.

. Sept 2004 - Dec 2005: Sales Manager at Brown's Hotel, Rocco Forte Hotels.

. Dec 2005 - July 2007: Acting Director of Sales and Marketing at Brown's Hotel, Rocco Forte Hotels.

Devi has been brought into develop business at Sofitel Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
