SEPTEMBER 4, 2007. Interval International, a leading provider of vacation services and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq:IACI), announced the promotions of Marcos Agostini to assistant vice president for Latin America and Dmitri Pekhterev to region director for Central and South America in its resort sales and service department.

They have made significant contributions to the growth of both our affiliated resort network and member base," said David C. Gilbert, executive vice president of resort sales and marketing. He joined Interval in 2002 and was most recently Caribbean region manager. Previously, Pekhterev held executive positions in the hospitality industry in Venezuela.
