Providence Group Manages Seneca Falls Microtel
DUXBURY, MA, September 5, 2007. The 70-room Microtel Inn & Suites in Seneca Falls, New York, recently turned to The Providence Group to help rejuvenate its award winning property.

"We will do the same for Microtel Inn & Suites," Heller added.
Heller is at his best when working on niche management. These approximately 70-room sized properties see pretty quick results, especially when it comes to revenue management."
Heller doesn't want to grow to more than six or seven contracts so he can remain personally involved in all property operations. "We have the resources and expertise to add value to bigger properties, but it would have to depend on our relationship with the owner," he said.
