Hilton Pointe Resort Names Director of Housekeeping

PHOENIX, AZ, September 11, 2007 - The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort recently announced that Noelia Nava has been named as the new Director of Housekeeping for the all-suite property. Nava will oversee the property's day-to-day housekeeping needs at the 585-suite resort, which includes five restaurants, meeting facilities, golf course, retail outlets, spa, salon and workout centre. In addition, she will ensure that all Hilton Brand Standards are adhered to with regard to quality assurance and cleanliness.

"Noelia is the ideal candidate for this position due to her proven leadership abilities and tenure within the housekeeping arena," stated Ron Simon, General Manager. "We are confident that she will lead the housekeeping department to continued success and ensure that the property exceeds guests' expectations time and time again."

For the past 18 years, Nava has been involved with the housekeeping aspects of the hospitality industry. Most recently, she was the Assistant Director of Housekeeping at the Wyndham Phoenix Hotel. Prior to that, she was the Director of Housekeeping at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose and Rohnert Park in California.

Throughout her career, Nava has placed significant emphasis in continuing her education and involvement within her community. She continues to be a vital part of her neighborhood and has worked closely with many civic, service and industry organizations. In addition, her properties have garnered a number of accolades and awards due to her leadership efforts.
