Epiphany Hospitality Launched

MORRISON, CO, September 21, 2007. R. Scott Bunce, having over twenty-five years in the hospitality industry has launched a full service hotel, condo management company that will partner with REITS, joint ventures, institutional real estate owners, non-institutional ownership groups and privately held companies.

The company, Epiphany Hospitality International, is based in Morrison a suburb of Denver, Colorado and has associates with operations, finance, sales and marketing experience in North America, Caribbean, South America and Europe. The initial emphasis will be on securing independent, third-party hotel and condo projects in the states, notes Bunce. However, we are already receiving requests on an international scope, and that is exciting. The core business will ideally be targeted to the mid scale to upper luxury range. The breadth of experience of our team, particularly in resort destinations, condo-hotels and urban hotel properties will allow us to manage a wide range of property types. We also will offer consulting services to properties that have specific needs or projects.

The creation of Epiphany was due to the continued request by guests, owners and development partners tobring back the basics, focus on service, maximizing profits of owner real estate assets and to raise the bar on operational services. Bunce, formerly with companies such as ResortQuest, Intrawest, Hilton International and Radisson has managed properties all over the world and has first hand witnessed the areas that have become stagnant over the years. In announcing Epiphany, Bunce noted that he wanted to focus onwhat I know and do best, which is bringing together the operations, revenue management and sales and marketing aspects of the business. In addition, Bunce noted his commitment to bringing back the much needed level of service and leadership to the hospitality industry that has waned in recent years. We whole heartedly believe that success stems from a solid strategy, applying metrics to gauge cost vs. performance, consistency in process, being revenue focused and providing hands-on leadership to maximize owner profits. It sounds easy, but it is a hard commodity to find in our industry. Epiphany wants to change that.
