GHM Concludes Heritage House Management Agreement

OCTOBER 3, 2007. General Hotel Management Limited (GHM) announced today that GHM and Lantana Mendocino LLC have mutually and amicably agreed to conclude their relationship as it pertains to the management of The Heritage House in Mendocino.

GHM has been operating The Heritage House, a 37 acre, 19th Century Lodge situated on the Pacific Coast just 150 miles north of San Francisco since June 2005. As of October 3, 2007 GHM will discontinue all affiliation with the management of The Heritage House and its reservation system and all marketing services for the Heritage House.

GHM, is known as a market leader in conceptualizing, developing and operating a selection of exclusive hotels and resorts worldwide. It manages a portfolio of three brands including highly regarded properties such as The Setai in Miami.
