Estancia La Jolla Names Assistant Restaurants Manager

LA JOLLA, CA, October 5, 2007. Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, managed by Destination Hotels and Resorts, has named Jim Hatfield as Assistant Restaurants Manager to the property's award-winning Adobe El Restaurante.

In his new position, Hatfield is responsible for assisting in overseeing the restaurant's staff and guest service. He previously served as the general manager at Coyote Bar & Grill (A.Y.I. Inc.) from 1994 to 2006. Prior to Coyote Bar & Grill he held the position of dining room manager at Neiman's Restaurant (A.Y.I. Inc.) from 1986 to1990.
