Settle Inn Switches to InnLink CRS

. October 14, 2008

HENDERSONVILLE, TN, October 4, 2007. Settle Inn, LLC, a 14-year-old regional hospitality company with franchise operations in five states, announced today of their decision to have InnLink Central Reservation Services as their provider for GDS, Internet and Channel Distribution services. Settle Inns & Suites will switch from their current provider by November 1.

"We have been extremely impressed with results InnLink has produced for GuestHouse International and Shoney's Inns, which are part of our family of brands," says Brendan Watters, president and CEO of Settle Inn LLC. "The InnLink team has greatly increased the GDS contribution for both of these brands. Their revenue management expertise has been invaluable to us and our company has reaped the financial benefits of this partnership. Settle Inn is currently one of the fastest growing franchise companies in the Midwestern United States today and we need a partner committed to meeting our needs in terms of customer service, scalability and flexibility."

"We are most excited to have been chosen as the distribution provider for Settle Inns & Suites," states Per-Anders Wendin, InnLink's CEO. "Our teams work closely together every day to ensure a smooth transition and the continuing success of their brand. Our goals are aligned and there is a synergy between our two companies positioning us well for future growth opportunities."

InnLink has a two-way interface with the AutoClerk(R) Property Management System, the PMS vendor of choice for Settle Inns & Suites, which provides real-time availability of rates and inventory. "The benefit to this is whenever a booking occurs of a Settle Inn hotel room through the GDS, the reservation will be immediately transmitted to InnLink, which in turn instantly updates the hotel's PMS,"

Watters goes on to say. "When a room is booked directly at the property, the PMS automatically updates the InnLink system to reflect the change in room inventory.

This automated reservation process also occurs when a guest books a room through a third-party website such as Travelocity(R) or Orbitz(R)."

InnLink will provide the following services to Settle Inns & Suites:

---|Connectivity to all four GDS companies

---|Expedia QuickConnect SM

---|Internet distribution to thousands of Internet websites

---|Easy-to-use data management through InnLink's web-based RESmatrix tool

---|Online training and guidance

---|Revenue Management

---|Access to no-cost GDS marketing and promotions

---|Automated online commission payment service through Travel Agency Commission Settlement (TACS) by Perot Systems

"InnLink continues to invest in state-of-the-art technology to meet our customer's needs. We have expanded our staff so we can continue to provide exceptional customer service around-the-clock, 365-days-a-year. Companies continue to choose InnLink because we take better care of our customers," comments Wendin. "That is a leading factor in our continued success as a company."
