. October 14, 2008

OCTOBER 29, 2007. Dreams Resorts & Spas, an upscale resort chain offering Unlimited-Luxury(R) to couples and couples with children, plans to quickly enter the Dominican Republic and open an additional six properties in Mexico by fall 2009. The company's aggressive plan to double the Dreams brand portfolio and add more than 1,900 rooms and suites in just two years, was announced by Alex Zozaya, CEO and president of AMResorts, provider of sales, marketing and brand management services to Secrets, Dreams and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.

"This expansion of the Dreams brand comes from guests' overwhelmingly positive response to our existing properties and their desire to experience more Unlimited-Luxury(R) resorts in the most exotic and desirable locations in Mexico and the Dominican Republic," said Zozaya. "We are certain our valued guests will fall in love with the new properties that are designed to exceed all expectations."

Dreams Punta Cana Resort & Spa will debut in December 2007 following a multi-million dollar enhancement to former Sunscape The Beach Punta Cana. Located along one of the Dominican Republic's most renowned beaches, the resort will lure the most discerning travelers with its award-winning free-form swimming pool, luxury amenities and high-end services. The resort will feature 620 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, new gourmet dining options, upgraded amenities for Preferred Club guests and state-of-the-art meeting spaces.

Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa, which recently broke ground, will be the fifth Dreams property in Mexico. Slated to open late 2008, Dreams Riviera Cancun is located between the breathtaking Nichupte Lagoon and the turquoise Caribbean Sea in the Riviera Maya area. Designed to reflect the charm of the Mexican Caribbean with a contemporary twist, the luxurious Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa will feature 485 lavish suites in a unique octagonal layout, complete with in-room Jacuzzis, full marble bathrooms and more. Other resort amenities include seven `a la carte themed restaurants, nine bars, a state-of-the-art fitness center and lavish full-service spa.

Four additional Dreams Resorts & Spas are scheduled to open in Mexico over the next two years.
