OCTOBER 31, 2007. Newmarket International, Inc., the leader in sales and catering solutions for the hospitality technology industry, today announced the launch of the Newmarket International Certified Engineer (NICE) certification program. The NICE certification empowers the IT professional with the knowledge to deliver a high-performing Delphi environment. The course, originally offered via instructor-led training, is now also available online via an eLearning model, allowing busy IT professionals to complete the coursework and exam in a timeframe that fits their schedules. The NICE program provides the knowledge and skills IT professionals need to maximize the performance of Delphi, Newmarket's leading sales and catering application. The extensive course includes two modules with a total of 12 lessons that deliver 10-12 hours of course materials.

Optimal Performance of Sales and Catering Systems, Guest Satisfaction Benefits of NICE

NICE professionals gain:

o An understanding of the Delphi architecture and its ability to integrate with other applications

o The knowledge to create and maintain a secure Delphi environment

o The ability to do performance tuning and troubleshooting of the Delphi environment

"The NICE course was outstanding and exactly what I expected to help facilitate my role as Director of Applications. I couldn't have been more pleased with the class content," said Randall Bridges from Davidson Hotel Company. "It is imperative to understand the inner workings of many IT systems in order to keep critical business applications running smoothly at all times. I feel that completing the certification better enables me to troubleshoot many issues that arise, as well as ensure the optimal daily performance for each of our Delphi systems."

In developing the NICE program, Newmarket's Educational Development team applied its 50 years of combined experience in the hospitality eLearning industry. This team has created more than 130 hours of self-paced training in support of Newmarket's products as well as the customized training programs of leading hospitality companies.

'eLearning gives hospitality companies a competitive edge by streamlining and standardizing training delivery. The NICE program applies eLearning to help our customers become more expert in supporting their Delphi environments -- a win-win situation for everyone,' said Sean O'Neill, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Newmarket International, Inc.
