Dolce Changes Structure of Senior Management Team
MONTVALE, NJ, November 1, 2007. Following their recent recapitalization, Dolce International has implemented a number of changes in the organizational structure of their senior management team in a move to expedite their plans to expand throughout North America, Europe and Asia and to further develop their brand.
Mark DePiero has been appointed as Senior Vice President Global Acquisitions & Development and will be instrumental in the expansion of Dolce International. Mark will be working with Director of Acquisitions & Development Europe, Jan Janssen, as the group looks to expand the Dolce International portfolio in North America and Europe and explore opportunities in Asia.
Chief Financial Officer, Debra Bates is to take on the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer; assuming responsibility for the Corporate Sales and Marketing function whilst maintaining responsibility for Finance and Acquisition and Development. Debra will play an integral part in the groups rebranding initiative and website development.
President and Chief Operating Officer, Steve Giblin, will maintain his responsibilities on Operations including Technology and Human Resources. Together with Dan O'Malley, Senior Vice President Operations North America, and Philippe Attia, Senior Vice President Operations Europe, his focus remains on the customer's service levels, successful Operations and financial results.
