. October 14, 2008

NOVEMBER 13, 2007. MonteLago Village Resort, Lake Las Vegas, has hired Vanda Milligan and Camille Sousa as sales managers who will help build even stronger relationships with corporate and incentive markets. Their presence on the MonteLago Village sales staff will enable the resort to place a strong emphasis both on business travelers and specialized incentive programs for some of the top corporations in America.

"MonteLago Village is an ideal venue for incentive and business travelers and one of our goals is to expand upon this market," said Larry Peterson, Director of Sales. "Vanda and Camille will play an important role in helping us get the word out to corporations about all the amenities, services and activities we can provide to this travel segment."

Vanda Milligan has been active in the hospitality sales industry for the last 18 years. During her career she has spanned all market segments as both a sales manager and a director of sales. A person with diverse interests, Milligan's background prior to joining the hospitality industry includes time spent as an entertainer, jewelry store owner, recording studio owner and Realtor.

Camille Sousa, born and raised in Southern California until she moved to Northern California in 2002, was introduced into the hospitality industry when she secured a job as a front desk agent at the Benbow Inn. Three years later, she moved to Las Vegas, where she was hired as a front desk agent at MonteLago Village Resort. She was promoted to meeting services coordinator in September 2005, where she expanded upon her hospitality knowledge to include the sales processes. MonteLago Village management, impressed with Sousa's skills, promoted her to sales manager in August.
