John Glen DiGuiseppe, President/CEO of the USA's first green third-party hospitality management company, Investors Hospitality Management, "IHM", introduces a revolutionary dimension to third-party management: "stewardship with sustainability". IHM's portfolio reflects a spectrum from domestic mid/economy level hotels (Best Western, Choice, Wyndham and independent hotels) to stunning international private luxury estates/villas/resorts owned/managed by the company.

DiGuiseppe explains: "An individual "Green Plan" is created, implemented and maintained for each client's property. DiGuiseppe's own experience with investment informs his operational strategy for client representation. Twenty-three year resident of Westlake Village, California, DiGuiseppe is a Rotarian with the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club and President of the South Shore Hills HOA. DiGuiseppe holds a Juris Doctor from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
