DECEMBER 17, 2007. The Hampton Inn East, located in eastern Indianapolis, recently transferred to new owners, New Indianapolis Hotels, LLC, who plan a $1.5MM renovation on their $7.5MM purchase of the 123-room Hampton Inn.
The hotel had TTM room revenues of $2.7+MM. Indy East Hotel Limited Partnership developed the Hampton Inn in 1988. Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., with Hotel Brokers International, represented the seller in this transaction.
