Voyages Appoints New EGM, S&M
DECEMBER 18, 2007. Australia's Voyages Hotels and Resorts has appointed Anna Guillan as their new Executive General Manager for Sales & Marketing.
Ms. Guillan joins Voyages from the Mulpha Hotel Group (whose portfolio includes well known properties such as the InterContinental Hotel Sydney, Hyatt Sanctuary Cove and Hayman Island Resort) where she held the dual role of Director of Strategy - Sales & Marketing for Mulpha and Director of Sales & Marketing for Hayman Island Resort. Previously, Ms. Guillan held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hotel InterContinental Sydney.
Her passion for the travel and hospitality industries has also led Ms. Guillan to play an active role within the sector. She currently holds the Vice Chair for the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) and is a member of the Southern Cross University School of Tourism Advisory Board. She has also sat on Industry Advisory Panels for Tourism Australia and Tourism Queensland.
