SunGard frees Post team from system responsibilities, hosts application and database

The Rainmaker Group, the world leader in automated revenue management software and services to the multi-family housing and casino hotel industries for total property profitability, announced today it successfully completed the transition of its ASP-based revolution LRO lease optimization system used by multi-family housing operator Post Properties from Archstone-Smith's offices to the secure SunGard hosting facility.

Rainmaker is partnering with SunGard, one of the world's leading IT services companies, to provide maximum data security and processing speed for clients. Rainmaker completed the transition of the hosting services for Post Properties' revolution LRO system to SunGard in 4Q '07. Other Rainmaker clients utilizing the SunGard hosting facilities include Mid-America Apartment Communities and Colonial Properties.
