MIDDLETOWN, PA. July 12, 2017 - Restin Hospitality will host a groundbreaking event to celebrate the construction of a new 87-room Comfort Inn & Suites hotel.

Located in Middletown, Pennsylvania, the Comfort Inn & Suites-Harrisburg Airport is scheduled to open in Spring 2018 and will operate as a Choice Hotels International franchise, owned by Restin Hospitality and managed by Prestige Hospitality Group of Albany, New York.

State Representative Thomas Mehaffie, Dauphin County Commissioners Mike Pries and George Hartwick, representatives of Harrisburg International Airport, the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Choice Hotels, will join Restin Hospitality associates at the celebratory event.

The Comfort Inn & Suites will fill a recognized need for overnight lodging close to Harrisburg International Airport. The Middletown hotel development project will also support Penn State University - Harrisburg Campus, the new up and coming Amtrak Station, the 193rd Special Operations Wing, as well as surrounding community attractions.

The new Comfort Inn & Suites, located within 3 minutes of the Harrisburg Airport, will feature 4-stories, 87 rooms, 31 king suites, meeting facilities, complimentary breakfast, saltwater indoor pool, fitness room, business center, guest laundry and airport shuttle service. Custom park & fly hotel packages will be offered. Free Wi-Fi, premium bedding and 100% smoke-free set the Comfort Inn & Suites apart from their competition. Travel benefits, including free stays, are offered with Choice Privileges reward program enrollment.

Designs for the hotel showcase the new Truly Yours Comfort Inn & Suites prototype; a warm inviting new distinctive look that enhances the guest experience for all travel needs. Guests appreciate the cohesive, integrated and efficient design and stay loyal longer.

The hotel is expected to employ approximately 30 associates.
