In this role, Zekany will oversee all food and beverage operations, continuing Pelican Grand's legacy of providing high-caliber culinary and libation experiences, utilizing fresh ingredients while maintaining unprecedented guest satisfaction.

Zekany brings nearly a decade of industry experience to Pelican Grand Beach Resort having worked everywhere from Pino's La Forchetta in Englishtown, N.J. as Restaurant General Manager to the Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles, Fla. as Food and Beverage Manager. The Romanian native's impressive resume also touts an established history of achieving dramatic sales and revenue increases through the execution of successful team management and applied standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control focusing on driving productivity. Zekany joins Pelican Grand Beach Resort most recently from The Westin Fort Lauderdale, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage.
