PLAINFIELD, IL. AUGUST 16, 2016 - Cicero's Development Corp., a general contractor specializing in the hotel and hospitality sector, announced today the completion of its second Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel renovation in Florida this year. Cicero's was hired by hotel owner One Hospitality Group to update properties in Titusville and Melbourne to more contemporary designs. Cicero's partnered with the hotel ownership with key subcontractors to complete both undertakings in a compressed timeline.

In its latest renovation in Titusville, Cicero's turned over the Fairfield Inn & Suites on time and under budget. With several years since its last renovation, the property received a mandated 6-year Perspectives refresh that featured a revamp of its 96 guest rooms, multiple corridors, lobby, vestibule, breakfast area and market. Cicero's installed sleek, contemporary FF&E, as well as modern interior design, in the top-to-bottom refresh of the property. Using its Renovationomix® method of property management, Cicero's helped Titusville management keep the hotel fully operational during the renovation process to maintain cashflow while not interrupting the guest experience.

Conscious of green practices, Cicero's worked to minimize waste during the renovation, and installed energy-efficient LED lighting at the key feature elements of the Perspectives Decor renovation, such as at the back-lit rear wall element at the registration desk and new up-lighting of the signature profile wall panels behind the new Breakfast Banquette

The Titusville Fairfield Inn & Suites is conveniently located close to local attractions such as the NASA/Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and Playalinda Beach.
