June 16, 2016 - Atlanta-based Hotel Development Partners (HDP) announced the opening of the 175-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Beach-Surfside in hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by HDP-TLD Partners LLC and managed by Hotel Equities (HE), a JV partner in the deal.
