New Property Continues Briad Lodging Group's Growth Strategy

HAMILTON, N.J. June 16, 2016 - The 120-suite Residence Inn by Marriott is set to open on June 22 in Hamilton, New Jersey. It's the first of the new generation of Residence Inn by Marriott called Gen 9 that features more upscale amenities to open in New Jersey.

Located at 559 Route 130 North, the all-suite Residence Inn Hamilton will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Briad Lodging Group, the hotel division of Livingston, New Jersey- based The Briad Group.

Located 10 minutes from downtown and 16 miles from Trenton Mercer Airport, the Residence Inn Hamilton offers its guests convenient access to Six Flags Great Adventure, Sesame Place, Grounds for Sculpture, Princeton University, Fort Dix/McGuire Air Force Base as well as close proximity to numerous business centers including Horizon Center, Hamilton Business Center and Hamilton Square.

Briad Lodging Group's growth plan is to develop, open and operate three to four hotels per year over the next several years.

In addition to the Hamilton property, Briad is expected to open two TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Dover, New Jersey and South Brunswick, New Jersey this year. Construction is underway for a Courtyard by Marriott in Islip, New York. That hotel is scheduled to open in early 2017.
