Estermann as Executive Chef for both properties. Chef Estermann, who is a Swiss national, brings a wealth of experience having worked for more than 30 years in international hotel management. An experienced professional in the culinary field, Chef Estermann has worked in first-class hotels in Switzerland, Sweden, Middle East, Macao, Hong Kong, China and Thailand.
