ATLANTIC BEACH, FL. January 25, 2016 - One Ocean Resort & Spa - Northeast Florida's chic beachfront boutique resort, located in Atlantic Beach - is pleased to announce Stephen Witt-man II as the new director of outlets. With more than 12 years of hospitality experience, Wittman will lead the food and beverage team by implementing effective strategies, overseeing all in-ventory and associates as well as supervising and managing Azurea restaurant, Azurea Lounge, Lobby Bar and In Room Dining at One Ocean Resort & Spa.

Wittman most recently served as the director of outlets at Omni Jacksonville Hotel in Jackson-ville, Fla., where he implemented new standards of service, achieved the highest guest satisfac-tion score in the history of Juliette's Bistro, and led an increase in food and beverage revenue. He oversaw all outlet associates, forecasting, inventories, and designing menus for holidays and special events. Prior, Wittman was the banquet manager at Omni Jacksonville Hotel, event op-erations manager among other positions at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort in Birmingham, Ala. Wittman began his hospitality career as event services supervisor at Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla. Wittman received his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Manage-ment from the Rosen School of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida.
