Overland Park Settle Inn Completes Renovation
APRIL 9, 2007. The Crown Group, Inc of Aberdeen, SD announced today it has completed a $750,000 hotel renovation of the Settle Inn located at 4401 West 107th Street Overland Park, KS.
As a part of the renovation, improvements were made to the exterior and common area of the hotel, including a new spacious lobby and breakfast area.
All of the guestrooms in the hotel have been renovated. Including 27-inch televisions, beds, comforter and desk chairs. Also added was a "Celebration Suite" featuring a whirlpool hot tub, double sided fireplace and two plasma televisions. A three room "Executive Suite" was also constructed featuring a boardroom that is connected to a standard king and double room. In addition, all bathtubs have been refinished as well as the remaining furniture package.
