Hilton Worldwide Partners with SKS Group to Open Third Perth DoubleTree by Hilton

PERTH, WA. and McLEAN, VA. July 9, 2015 - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) announced at an on-site ground breaking ceremony a third DoubleTree by Hilton property to open in Perth. The 205-room DoubleTree by Hilton Perth - Northbridge is due for completion in early 2017 and will be the first DoubleTree by Hilton to open in Western Australia.

Hilton Worldwide and SKS Group last year announced their partnership for two additional Western Australia hotels - DoubleTree by Hilton Perth - Waterfront and DoubleTree by Hilton Perth - Fremantle.

"Hilton Worldwide has a longstanding history of operation in the Australasia region, and we welcome the opportunity to grow our presence here with the addition of DoubleTree by Hilton Perth," said Robert Scullin, vice president, development - Australasia, Hilton Worldwide. "Locally in Australasia, DoubleTree by Hilton has opened and signed 10 hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji."

DoubleTree by Hilton Perth - Northbridge will be located at 100 James Street, Northbridge. Positioned immediately north of the Perth CBD, Northbridge is home to Perth's entertainment district. The hotel will feature 205 rooms including four suites, a restaurant and bar, 400m² of event space, business centre, gym and outdoor pool.
