Amber Voelker Joins Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) As Regional Director of Sales For The West Region

ORLANDO, FL. - April 22, 2015. Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has expanded its Global Sales team with the addition of Amber Voelker, who joins as the Regional Director of Sales for ALHI's West Region. In her new position she is responsible for assisting meeting professionals, association executives, incentive specialists, and business executives in the West U.S. with ALHI Global Sales Organization (GSO) services and professional sales support for its distinctive portfolio of more than 170 Four- and Five-Diamond quality hotels and resorts worldwide. She is based in ALHI's Global Sales office in Los Angeles, California, and reports to ALHI Division Vice President Chris Riccardi. The announcement of her appointment was made jointly by Riccardi and ALHI President Jim Schultenover.

Voelker comes to ALHI from the elegant The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, California, which is a long-time ALHI Member hotel, where she served that property for almost 12 years including the past four years as the Director of Group Sales. Prior to that, she was Senior Group Sales Manager, and served for five years in Sales (two of which were as Group Sales Manager) for The Ritz-Carlton, Huntington Hotel & Spa before it was converted to The Langham Huntington. Previous to that she was the Director of Sales for the Hollywood Hotel. She is a graduate of California State University-Northridge, and an active member of the MPI Southern California Chapter.
