Keck Seng Group Enters New York Hospitality Market; Looks to Grow Relationship with Accor and Sofitel
April 8, 2015 - Keck Seng Group North America hosted a reception on March 23 to celebrate its entrance into the New York City hotel market and its newly forged relationship with French hotel operator Accor S.A. and its Sofitel brand.
At the event - held at Sofitel New York , acquired by Keck Seng Investments (Hong Kong) Ltd. close to the end of 2014 - Peter Wong, president of Keck Seng Group of North America, stated his group's intention to grow the company's relationship with Accor and Sofitel. Wong also appointed Robert Roy as Keck Seng's vice president of East Coast operations, a position that will be based at Sofitel New York.
Also in attendance were Accor's Dominique Colliat, executive vice president of hotel services, North & Central America and the Caribbean; Balendra Nagesvaran, vice president of operations, Luxury and Upscale Brands North & Central America and the Caribbean; Vincent Vienne, general manager; the Sofitel New York hotel team; and various friends and business partners of Keck Seng.
