KANSAS CITY, MO - April 7, 2015 - WRDH KC Operations, LLC announces that Kansas City's Holiday Inn-CoCo Key Water Resort will be rebranded as the Adam's Mark Hotel & Conference Center with CoCo Key Water Resort effective today. The move marks the return of the Adam's Mark brand to the 369-unit, 14-story hotel at 9103 East 39th Street, which flew the Adam's Mark flag until 2004.

“We wanted to bring back a Kansas City icon,” said John Parker, vice president of hospitality for WRDH. “Many people have continued to refer to the hotel as the Adam's Mark. With close proximity to Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums and minutes from downtown and other local attractions, the Adam's Mark is an upscale property that has something for everyone.”

For families wanting a leisure destination, the Adam's Mark Hotel & Conference Center with CoCo Key Water Resort is a warm, 84 degrees year-round and has five water slides, large activity pools and an awesome play structure. The 55,000 square-foot, Key West-themed water park was added to the property in 2006 as part of a $40 million renovation, which included a renovation of the hotel.

Adults will enjoy Casey's Sports Bar & Grill, a well-equipped fitness center, and an indoor/outdoor spa. Complimentary high-speed, wireless Internet access and business center with copy, print and fax capabilities are among the other amenities offered to Adam's Mark guests. More than 17,000 square feet of flexible space, which can accommodate up to 1,200 people, is available for meetings and special events.

WRDH purchased the property in 2011 and completed a $2 million renovation - upgrading the guest rooms for a more contemporary look and feel.

“The return of the Adam's Mark brand to Kansas City marks our commitment to providing an upscale experience for families looking for a vacation destination, fans that travel to see the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs play, and business travelers looking to mix business and pleasure,” said Briana Kems, director of sales and marketing for Adam's Mark. “We hope everyone is as excited as we are to welcome the Adam's Mark back.”
