Tarrytown, NY - January 22, 2015 - With winter in full swing and unpredictable weather a common obstacle, Tarrytown House Estate, A Destination Hotel and the nation's first conference center, is offering “Snowsurance” to winter meetings that are booked to take place through March 31, 2015 in order to combat the associated travel risks. With three inches of snow or more forecasted within three days of the event date, meeting planners can rebook their meeting within 30 days with no penalty. To further sweeten this deal, if the groundhog predicts a longer winter on Groundhog Day, the deal will be extended six more weeks from the official end of winter, until April 30.
