NEW YORK / MCLEAN, VA - July 2, 2014 - Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide's international brand of upscale, all-suite, extended-stay hotels, announced today the opening of its newest property, Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South. Located just three blocks from Times Square, the new property is the largest hotel to-date for the brand, its first property in Manhattan and a key component of Homewood Suites' overall urban expansion efforts.

The 22-story, 293-suite Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South, is owned by West 37th Street Operator LLC - a Joint Venture between The Buccini/Pollin Group; Albanese Development Corporation and Rockwood Capital. The hotel is managed by PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc. (PMHS) a leading, national hotel management company.

This prototype is one way the brand continues to innovate to meet the needs of owners and guests.

The hotel is located at 312 West 37th Street, in downtown Manhattan between three of New York City's best-known neighborhoods: Time Square, the Garment District, and Hell's Kitchen.
