Joseph Epstein, President and Founder of First American Realty, arranged the financing on behalf of East TN Holdings, LLC.
The 6-story hotel is operated by Mountaintop Management, LLC.? The Memphis, TN-based hospitality firm operates Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, Baymont Inn, and Best Western properties across the states of TN, NC, and SC.
