January 2, 2012 - The Pavilions, Phuket welcomes Michelin-awarded chef Guillaume Salvan . Guests of The Pavilions can now have an opportunity to sample a specially created menu from the One Star Michelin Chef and owner of French restaurant, La Falaise.
Chef Guillaume will be at The Pavilions from January 12-14, 2012. When he arrives at the Pavilions, Chef Guillaume plans to get back to basics, promising an epicurean journey showcasing quintessentially southwestern French flavours. Each evening the award-winning connoisseur will prepare a unique gourmet dinner for The Pavilions' guests and Phuket residents. The Plantation Club restaurant offers the perfect venue, with its romantic treetop views and Andaman Sea vistas.
