Castle Resorts & Hotels Names Robin Graf VPoO

HONOLULU - December 23, 2011 - Castle Resorts & Hotels is pleased to announce the following addition to its management team.

Robin Graf has been appointed Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Mr. Graf will be responsible for daily hotel and resort condominium operations for Castle Resorts & Hotels and its portfolio of 22 properties in the Hawaiian Islands, Saipan, and New Zealand. He is charged with managing the planning, development, monitoring and implementation of the company's operating procedures, policies, and company standards throughout the portfolio. He will also be responsible for coordinating strategic development and management of key company programs including quality control, customer service, guest relations, and travel ratings and reviews.

"Robin brings proven leadership skill to Castle and we are excited to add his expertise, work ethic, and insight to our senior management team. His distinguished career in hotel management throughout Hawaii makes him a highly desirable candidate and we look forward to his contribution to the group," said President & COO Alan Mattson. Mr. Graf has over 20 years of extensive senior level hospitality management experience. Most recently Mr. Graf served as General Manager of the Kauai Beach Resort where he successfully transitioned the full service, 350 room resort to new ownership. Prior to the Kauai Beach Resort, he held various general manager and senior level operations positions with both local management companies and global brands including Wyland Waikiki Hotel, Park Shore Waikiki, Waikiki Parc Hotel, Royal Waikoloan, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and Hilton Waikoloa Village.
