Cape Town's Park Inn by Radisson Appoints Executive Chef

November 3, 2011 - The Park Inn Cape Town Foreshore has appointed Morne Botha to head up the kitchen as Executive Chef when the hotel opens in November 2011.

With more than 16 years experience in the South African culinary industry, Morne brings with him a wealth of experience which will prove to be a great asset to the new team at Cape Town's Park Inn Hotel.

Starting off his career at the Centurion Lake Hotel in Pretoria in 1994, Morne has gone on to work at some of the country's top establishment, including Kievits Kroon Country Estate (Pretoria), 42 on Main (Paarl), The Bay Hotel (Camps Bay) and Blues Restaurant (Camps Bay).

“Being a chef is not just about creating a good menu; it's about great teamwork, passion for outstanding service and dedication. I look forward to becoming an integral part of the Park Inn Foreshore Cape Town team and adding my personal touch to the brand and the culinary experience,” says Morne.
