Noble House Acquires Napa Valley Gem, River Terrace Inn

March 11, 2011 - Noble House Hotels & Resorts - a collection of luxury resorts - has assumed overall management of River Terrace Inn and Restaurant Cuvee. Located in downtown Napa, the boutique hotel is the 13th addition to the Noble House Hotels & Resorts (NHHR) hospitality portfolio, which includes properties in California, Florida, Rhode Island, Texas and Washington.

“As our first Northern California property, NHHR's goal is to enhance the guest experience and solidify the partnership between River Terrace Inn and Restaurant Cuvee to make this property one of the most distinctive locales in Napa,” said Jake Donoghue, Noble House chief executive officer. “We plan to invest $2.7 million into the hotel and restaurant within the year, with capital improvements for both entities as well as plans for the addition of a spa in 2012.”
