Homewood Suites Opens in Cedar Rapids, IA
August 18, 2010 - Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property in Cedar Rapids - the first property in the state of Iowa for the brand. The four-story, 95-suite hotel is owned by Five Seasons Hospitality, Inc. and managed by Hawkeye Hotels. General Cathy Lockwood has been in the hotel industry for 15 years, and is surrounded by an experienced leadership team, including Director of Sales, Jessica Spinello.
