Cassidy Turley Group Sells Nob Hill Property in San Francisco

August 18, 2010 - Cassidy Turley BT Commercial is pleased to announce that its Hospitality Group has recently sold the Nob Hill Hotel in San Francisco. Eric Gunderson, with assistance from Ric Russell and Scott Griemsmann, represented buyer Euphoria Hospitality, Inc. in the acquisition of the 19,543-square-foot hotel for a price of $4,900,000 ($251 per square foot). The seller was Pacific Equities West.

The nearly 100-year old, five-story property is located at 835 Hyde Street.

Cassidy Turley BT Commercial's Hospitality Group is based in the firm's San Francisco office and specializes in the lodging sector. The Group is headed by Mr. Gunderson, Mr. Russell and Mr. Griemsmann.
