Hotel Equities Adds Management of Hampton Inn in Navarre, FL
Atlanta, GA - June 9, 2010 - Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) recently acquired the management contract for the Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel at 7710 Navarre Parkway in Navarre, Florida. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, the four-story hotel opened in 2008 with a total of 102 rooms.
The hotel's General Partner, Southern Ventures Corporation, also developed the property and plans to develop two additional hotels in the Ft. Walton market. Nearby Eglin Air Force Base, with expansion plans for years to come, promises to be a major part of the area's economic engine.
