WILMINGTON, NC - April 14, 2010 - Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property in Mayfaire, NC - the first hotel for the brand in the Wilmington area. The four-story, 118-suite hotel is owned by Generation Suites of Mayfaire, LLC and managed by The Generation Companies. General Manager Jason Smith has been in the hotel industry for 15 years, and is surrounded by an experienced leadership team, including Director of Sales, Jenny Wedemeyer.
