Same Owners Bring in New Management Company, Vesta Hospitality

MCLEAN, VA, January 19, 2010 - Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the reopening of its La Quinta, California property which had closed last fall due to financing issues. The three-story, 129 suite hotel maintains the same ownership, LQ Hospitality, LLC, but is under new management by Vesta Hospitality. Approximately 25 percent of the hotel's staff consists of former employees who were re-hired following the August 26, 2009 closing, including general manager, Brad Poncher, who has been with Homewood Suites La Quinta since its grand opening in 2007.
