SHANGHAI, China / SINGAPORE, 17 December 2009 - The Waterhouse at South Bund, Shanghai's first cutting-edge design hotel scheduled to open in early 2010, is pleased to announce Arron Goh as Food and Beverage Manager.

A Singapore native and a seasoned F&B/catering processional known for his creativity and impeccable customer service skills, Goh will oversee operations of the hotel's original casual European restaurant, an inviting roof-top cocktail lounge, room service as well as all hotel banquets.

Goh previously owned and managed a consultancy that specialized in new restaurant openings and event management. Prior to that, he was engaged by the luxurious Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai as manager of The Edge restaurant.

Goh is equipped with many years of experience as operation managers at acclaimed establishments throughout Singapore, among them Majestic Bar, Q Bar and Que Pasa.

A certified sommelier, Goh is also an accomplished mixologist and conducted bar-tending courses at Shermay¡¯s Cooking School in Singapore.

Goh holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and has participated in numerous leadership, management and culinary training programs.

Located next to The Cool Docks lifestyle destination, The Waterhouse at South Bund is a chic, contemporary hotel transformed from a 1930 waterfront property.
