Gregory Polino is New Director of Food and Beverage at Sofitel New York

Sofitel New York is pleased to announce the appointment of Gregory Polino, the new Director of Food and Beverage. Gregory will oversee the hotel's food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and room service as well as all hotel banquets.

Prior to Sofitel New York, Gregory held the Food and Beverage Manager position at Sofitel Miami for 4 years. Gregory also has worked at Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
