Florian Schutz, the New Hotel Manager at Sofitel New York

Sofitel New York is pleased to announce the appointment of Florian Schutz as the Hotel Manager. Sofitel New York, a luxury hotel is part of Accor hospitality, the world's largest hotel network with a comprehensive portfolio of more than 4,000 hotels & resorts worldwide.

Florian will oversee all the operations of the hotel. Prior to Sofitel New York, Florian held the Hotel Manager position at Soho House in New York City. Florian has spent 7 years at Sofitel New York in the Food and Beverage Department, including positions as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Director.

Raised in Frankfurt, Germany, Florian moved to Paris, France after he finished high school. Then he earned a degree in Hotel Management at Vatel Ecole Internationale du Management in Paris, France.
