Andaz West Hollywood Adds New Manager at RH Restaurant & Bar

Seasoned Hospitality Pro Daniel Dulor Takes Charge Front-of-the-House

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA, (November 4, 2009) - Daniel Dulor, a native of France and veteran of several Michelin-starred restaurants, has been named manager of RH restaurant and bar, the acclaimed signature dining venue at the newly revitalized Sunset Strip landmark, Andaz West Hollywood.

According to Andaz general manager Michel Morauw, Dulor was brought on board to raise the bar even higher for RH, which recently received three stars from the Los Angeles Times for having “some of the best contemporary French food” in LA.

“We are very pleased to have Daniel join the RH team,” Morauw said. “RH has been very well-received during the short time it has been open, and Daniel has the know-how and vision to raise the service standards to even higher levels of excellence.” To that end, he will work closely with classically French-trained chef Sebastien Archambault to oversee a talented team that prepares and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the week, as well as brunch on the weekends.

A native of Strasbourg, France, Dulor was most recently the restaurant manager at Les Orchidees at the luxurious Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome. In addition to his years with Hyatt, Dulor has many years of experience as a headwaiter and chef de rang with Michelin two-and three-star venues throughout France, among them La Table de Joël Robuchon in Paris, Hotel de Baou in Ramatuelle and Hotel Saint Martin in Saint-Martin de Belleville. Additionally, he received training at the award-winning White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Maine. Fluent in French and English, Dulor holds a degree in hospitality and catering from Lep Montesoro in Corsica, France.
